How to put my house up for sale on Zoopla?

I would like to advertise my house for sale on Zoopla, how do I go about it? Do I need to use an estate agent or can I do it myself?

  • You need to use an estate agent.

  • Try setting a TempMe price on Zoopla. You can advertise your house for free here but need an agent. You will still need to pay for a H.I.P if you are to sell, but you can get around this temporarily by using the TempMe facility if you are not actively trying to sell your house, only considering it. ;~)

  • Unfortunately there is no facility for private listings. If you would like to advertise your property on Zoopla we would suggest contacting a local estate agent who is registered on Zoopla and instruct them to sell / let your property. You can search for agents using the 'find agents' tab
