Repossessed homes will be displayed as "Sold" once contracts have exchanged, and you should be able to check the sold price, once the transaction has been registered with the Land Registry - Normally within a month or two of the sale having completed

Some repossessed properties if sold at auction, the sold prices don't actually show up. If it is an ordinary sale, the prices usually show up one to two months after the completion date.
