Where are the archived property listings on Zoopla ?

On 04/02/11 The Times ran an article about archived property listings now being available on Zoopla for any property that has been on the market during the past ten years. ie the original estate agents description - layout, room sizes, pictures and asking price. How can I access this info from the main website ?

  • Look at ‘Home Values’ and click on the ‘H’ besides a property, if it indeed has one. This is a unique feature and will help people gauge a better idea of what a property they are interested in is worth. If a property didn’t successfully sell, it could be that the price was too high at the time. If a property did sell it shows the difference, if any, in the asking price and actual sale price. I think it is a very valuable resource.
