  • You can't list privately on Zoopla, you will need to go through an agent who has a Zoopla subscription. If you go up to the 'Find Agents' link at the top you can find Zoopla agents within your area. Hope that helps.

  • Hi, Zoopla is only open to estate agents to advertise on and therefore do not allow any private listings. If you would like to see your property advertised on Zoopla you would need to instruct a local estate agent who advertises on Zoopla to advertise your property. You can search for local estate agents who advertise on Zoopla via the 'Find Agents' Tab at the top of this page. We hope this helps.

  • It is is patently unfair that private sellers are precluded from using the system unless they go through an estate agent.

  • I agree with the comment concerning a private seller. Lining the pockets of estate agents once again, only allowing agents to advertise here with their over inflated commission based selling plans. Seems there be a market opportunity for a site to include private sellers. Zoopla will then miss out.
