How long after a house has sold, do zoopla say it sold?
Once a property has sold, how long before it shows on Zoopla as being 'Sold'???

Other websites sold prices are usually one month behind and updated at the end of each month. The data comes from the land registry so this site must be able to receive this data at the same time as others. There will be some houses which sell close to the time that the data is collected and therefore will not show for another month.

The above answer is right, but then land registery gets their data from solicitors who have a month to transfer the title from the buyer to the seller. I have known some solicitors to forget to do this so it doesnt appear for years
