Are Zoopla's rent prices according to the per week or pcm, because the two never seem to equate?
I am looking to rent a property and find Zoopla one of the best for accessabilty, however when trying to find a property according to my budget, I can never seem to work out which price to go by.

Agents like to show rounded up numbers. The two don't always seem to equate. For instance if you take a weekly rent of £160 with the monthly rent of £695… divide the weekly number by 7, then multiply by 365. The monthly number you multiply by 12, the number you end up with is roughly the same. (£8340 a year.) The numbers are rounded up so they show pounds, not pence. You could argue that you might pay a couple of quid more.
