Hi There. Unfortunately there is no list for this as such. Local knowledge is your first point of call. Ask an Estate Agent, one with good local knowledge and they should know straight away. There are also many build elements which give away an idea of build date, such as the brick layout on older properties, or perhaps the roof materials and windows if they are original! If you have a photograph I am happy for you to email it to me at richard@andrewsnape.com and I will have a go for you! Good luck

What road are you in? Hampton as you probably know is not a very historic area in terms of housing - most of it was nursery lands but there is a good stock of Victorian houses dating from the 1870s related to the arrival of the railways. There was then infil in various later periods. The older houses are often marked on old period maps! Post your road and we'll see what we can do

Go to esure.com and go to home insurance and fill in the details like your name and the house number and post code. It will give you the year of built. BUT, some people have raised concerns that it may not be very accurate.
