My neighbour bought his home in Dec. 2008, yet there is still no "recently sold" price listed on the site. Why is that?

My neighbour bought his home (identical to mine) in December 2008. Why is there still no information on his home? No "recently sold" price?

  I'm pretty sure the sold info all comes from the land registry, maybe check with the zoopla folk to be 100% positive though?

  Hi, this all depends on the land registry and how fast they are sometimes it may take a year or so.
