My Property's "Style" is missing

In the valuation section, there is a drop-down list of property styles, but I think one style is missing - the "Conversion of Period Property to modern dwelling", neither "period" nor "contemporary " quite covers this. There are two other factors which could usefully be included as both tend to affect the price, the first is whether the area is a designated Conservation Area, and the second is the info on energy conservation - something with all the latest improvements may sell for more than something which leaks heat and money. This will get more true as time passes and energy gets more expensive.
