  • I have no idea, there could be a million reasons!! Perhaps the agents just haven't got round to uploading more yet, or the vendor didn't want more photos on there. Check with the agents that have the property instructed.

  • Most likely because the property does not warrant an internal picture, or the agent has adopted the policy of "less is more" i.e the less he tells you about the property, the more likely you are to contact him direct for more information, if only out of curiosity!!

  • Yes it's probably because there was nothing particularly stunning about the inside, or particulalrly derelict for that matter - both would certainly warrant photos in my opinion!

  • The probable reason why the Agent has not put the internal images on is because they have not carried out their duties correctly. Any property, regardless of the standard of the inside should still be openly shown to a potential buyer. In some circumstances it is a good idea to generate a walk-through of the property to show potential buyers how the inside could look. Making potential buyers visulaise how the property could look is proving to be a great selling tool.

  • There can also be other reasons such as an ongoing renovation or a property which is currently tenanted. It isn't really appropriate to photograph a house with the tenant's furniture unless they have given permission for an agent to do so.
