How does one get house prices back to 1995 on Zoopla please?

  As above, you should find property sale prices going back to 1995 in 'sold prices'.

  If the property you are interested in has sold since 1995 you can find it in the "sold prices" area. Clicking into sold prices, you have to change the "for" box to "since 1995", it defaults to "last 3 years". If it has not sold since 1995 you could always go to land registry and buy a report, it will cost about £4.
