  • You can only advertise on Zoopla by going through an agent with a Zoopla subscription. Hope that helps.

  • Hi, Unfortunately you would not be able to as Zoopla is only open to listings from estate agents. If you would like to see your property advertised on Zoopla you would need to speak to an agent who advertises on Zoopla to list your property, you can search for local agents who advertise on Zoopla using the find agents tab to the top of the page.

  • Hi. I'm sure you're sorted by now, but just in case - Unfortunately the big sites, like zoopla and rightmove, will only advertise on behalf of agents, not individuals. If you're looking for a more cost effective option, and are able to accompany viewings yourself, why not consider an online letting agent? We charge £39+vat for advertising on zoopla (as well as many other sites) and £59+vat for advertising on all of these sites as well as rightmove. You will have pre-vetted leads sent to you via email and text, we will fully reference check your chosen tenants (you get a copy of the reference report!) and you also get a bespoke contract. It's definitely worth considering. Please do also check our reviews on trustpilot to see how well it works for our landlords. Happy to talk it through with you also. Kind regards, Eleanor, 03300 883973
