  • If you are selling your house with an agent, it would be best to check with them first. It may be a problem with their portal upload. They should be able to sort it for you reasonably easily.

  • Hi, If you're property is listed with an Estate Agent it may be the case as the above answer states that they may be have not uploaded or updated the property to be online yet, depending on their property feed they may need to manually update this or wait until an approved publishing run for it to become live online, or alternatively they may be experiencing technical difficulties however we would advise just getting in touch with the estate agent it is with and query and they will be able to take a look into it for you. We hope this helps.

  • My house is not up for sale, it is just not listed numerically along with all the other houses.

  • Ah ok, whilst I am not sure why the property is not showing up at the moment, there is an option to add the property if it is not there. At the top of the search results beside 'List View' and 'Map View' there should be an option 'Can't find address?'. If you click this, you can then add the property onto Zoopla. Once the property is on, you can add the number of bedrooms, reception rooms, bathrooms etc. Hope this helps!!
