How can the value of 4 adjacent and identical terraced houses vary from £173,567 to £226,271. The one with the lowest value is the one most recently modernised - new bathroom and kitchen. None of them have been extended or have a conservatory. They all have a garage

Zoopla is unique in that you can give your own valuation for your home and indeed others people’s homes. So prices cannot be relied upon as true valuations, they are there as a guide. If you have made alterations to your home, you can add these alterations and change the given value.
