Thanks to Chancellor George Osborne’s reforms on Stamp Duty, many buyers will save thousands of pounds.

Based on Zoopla’s new Stamp Duty calculator, here are some of the properties with great savings.

1. Five bedroom detached house in Elmer, Bognor Regis, for £550,000
