1st House Lettings was created by experienced landlords who were sick of being overcharged by lazy, high street agents who were out of touch with landlords needs. We understand the importance of finding a decent tenant, rather than rushing anyone into a property for the sake of collecting a fee. We offer full management for 8% per month, tenant finds for a flat fee of £350, free EPC's and inventories with fully managed properties, a list of local waiting tenants, all tenants are fully referenced and credit checked, and we can also offer guaranteed rent via a rent guarantee insurance product for only 10% per month. If you are already using a letting agent to find you a tenant there’s nothing stopping you trying us out as well. We’re not asking you to ditch your current agent, but two agents may work better than one.
