Why would I change Agents when I am already with the best ? The above statement was made recently by one of our Landlords when offered a lettings and management package by another agent. Who when pressed for a further comment replied because they care Here at ABC we feel that this simply summarises the standards, ethics and ethos that we have been working for since inception. ABC has continued to grow year-on-year, on nothing more than recommendation and word of mouth referrals. Opened with just Sue & John in March 2008 evolving during these past years due to the complimentary strengths of the two partners Sue Smith with 30 plus years letting experience and having lectured at John Moores University, who sets the ethos and standards within the office supported by an ongoing training plan for all staff including input from local Councils Police and the RLA with Sue specialising in debt recovery and tenant eviction either by negotiation or by the use of recognised Court procedure. Complimented by John Wilson. His print shop brings an immeasurable strength to the ongoing development of the creation and printing of all paperwork for ABC, having also brought an in house key cutting service shortly after opening which has proven to be extremely well used. We are now celebrating 5 years of trading. Our success is highlighted by the winning of the award for Improving Standards in the Private Rental Sector supported by Wirral Council and more recently we were Shortlisted in the Letting Agent of the Year Award Northern Region Single Office Agency 2012 supported by The Times Sunday Times & Rightmove. ABC has grown to be a happy productive team of staff and four cars which allows us to cover Liverpool Wirral Runcorn Chester Ellesmere Port and all surrounding areas.
