Alexanders, Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers and Agricultural Valuers was founded by Michael Alexander in 1990 following his acquisition of the agricultural practice of the former Ekins Dilley and Handley from Prudential Property Services. Michael has worked in Huntingdon since 1975 and he was joined in 1993 by David Sinfield whose own professional career in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire started in 1974. In the years since 1990 the firm has expanded its client base through consultancies in the early 1990’s with the late Colin Royce (Royston) and in the late 1990’s with the late Dudley Peacock (Bedford). The firm moved to its present town centre premises in 1996 and comprises 3 fully qualified surveyors, a graduate surveyor and support staff. The firm’s geographical location with easy access to both the A1, A14 and M11 trunk roads ensures easy access to clients throughout the district.
