When I first established Barry Allsuch & Co. in 1977, my ambition was to become the areas leading Estate Agent. I planned to create an innovative Estate Agency that would be: open for business seven days a week, genuinely in touch with the demands of the market and with an unequivocal belief not to compromise quality of service. Many years on, (with offices firmly established in prominent Radlett, Elstree & Edgware locations), I look back with much satisfaction at my results. I believe my straightforward no nonsense approach to selling property has paid tremendous dividends. This can be witnessed by the profusion of Barry Allsuch & Co. SOLD BY boards all over Radlett, Elstree and Edgware. House selling is stressful. I recognise that my clients already have enough pressures of their own. My objective is to eliminate these pressures professionally. We are in a people business; my personally trained staff are in touch with clients on a daily basis. From the moment we receive a clients valued instructions, we carry out the all important valuation; create an advertising strategy for the property; advise on all offers received and ensure a swift exchange of contracts.
