Bellwood Lettings is an ARLA LICENSED independant family run residential lettings and managing agents covering the Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stone and Stafford areas. After many years of managing our own properties and also working for a large agent managing hundreds of properties we decided to set up our own agency. It is our upmost aspiration to provide an exceptional, personal service managed by our hardworking and professional staff, we are able to be flexible and can offer initial meetings and property visits out of normal office hours with staff available up to 7.00pm Monday to Saturday. With being able to keep our overheads low compared to high street agents and NO VAT charge we can offer very competitive rates to both landlord and tenant and also offer a NO LET NO FEE POLICY.
