Established in 1986, Belmonte soon became the number one letting agents in the area. Our reputation for professionalism, and a high standard of service has served us well, as we have let in excess of 7,500 properties. As Thanet's most successful letting agent, we thought about utilising our strong brand name within the sales sector. In 2012 we approached Regal Estates. Regal Estates have long established offices in Canterbury and Sandwich, then opening Westgate in 2008. We were so impressed by the way the company was run and the level of customer service they provided, that we could not resist the opportunity to merge with their Westgate office. We kept the hugely successful Westgate office as it is and opened additional offices in Ramsgate and Broadstairs. In 2013 we launched Belmonte Sales and Lettings. We introduced a price match promise. This pledge was to ensure we could not be beaten on fees by any like for like agent. We knew we were delivering a top quality service, and by introducing a price match promise, we were able to bring that first class service and professionalism right across the board for our sales, lettings and management departments. We retained the "Top Team" from Regal Estates in Westgate and introduced their expertise with our considerable experience and knowledge within the property industry. We now have a combined team of 23 members of staff covering Sales lettings and Management from our three Thanet offices. We always have been a progressive company, looking to evolve with technology and expectations. However one principle will always remain our focus.
