BnR Property Services are an independent company who provide full property management services to Landlords and Tenants of domestic properties, whilst also offering full extensive management services to apartment blocks and developments. Offering a high level of service to our customers in a professional, friendly and efficient way is a high expectation of ours. Ensuring we meet all levels of service our customers require, we are fully aware that no two Landlords or development blocks are the same and your requests and requirements will differ. We offer a full range of services from advertising, part management and full management to Landlords including Leasehold Block Management services. We offer a full Independent Support package to our Tenants to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay is provided. Insurance services for both Landlords and Tenants are offered to ensure full protection is given. We understand that as a Landlord or a Tenant, it is your home that matters. We pride ourselves on good communication and think this is essential for success and therefore know that feedback for both Landlords and Tenants is extremely important.
