Moving house can be both a stressful and costly experience. Estate Agents charge a commission for the marketing of your property usually based on a percentage of the agreed sale price. Once a buyer is found for your property you then need to instruct a solicitor to act on your behalf adding to the cost. At Colin Brown & Kidson we offer an "all in one" fee. which includes the marketing of your property and the legal work to conclude the sale. Our fee is between 1.75% and 2% (plus VAT) of the eventual sale price AND we offer a 0.25% discount if a buyer is intorduced within the first 4 weeks of the property going on the market . We can provide an independent valuation of your property, an Energy Performance Certificate for £45, and a Floor Plan for £12, prices which we believe are the most competitive in the area. We do not seek to add any "mark up" an the expenses we incur on your behalf. We also include free adverting in the Local paper and free listing on our own website and on Zoopla.
