We recognise that every property is individual, and ensure that every eventuality is catered for, giving you the peace of mind and confidence that you can leave everything in our hands. Our Brochure is designed to inform present and potential Landlords on all aspects of letting their properties, and the benefits of using The Cambridge Property Practice Limited as their preferred Letting Agents. We personally oversee each property that we manage. Our intention is to build on the Companies reputation for reliability, integrity and the knowledge that your property is being treated as we would our own home. Furthermore, as a Professional Property Management Agency TCPP are also members of THE RESIDENTIAL LANDLORDS ASSOCIATION (RLA), THE NATIONAL APPROVED LETTING SCHEME (NALS-A Government backed accreditation scheme) and THE OMBUDSMAN FOR LETTING AGENTS (OEA). This provides the Landlord with the added assurance that the Letting Agency not only conforms to the governing bodies Code of Practice, but also shows the professionalism of being in a recognised organisation. This also protects the Landlord and tenants against malpractice by enforcing the Associations's Code of Practice. We do not charge for visiting clients and providing a valuation or for marketing your property. We only charge commission on the monthly rental. Tenants: We are here to help, not only in finding you a suitable property, but to guide you through your tenancy. Like most agencies, we do charge administration fees, however, they are mentioned to you before you take a property or hand over any monies, they are also outlined in our appliction form, so you are not misled in anyway.
