About Chelmer Housing Partnership
CHP offers properties for rent and sale across Essex on a variety of schemes. Lettings - we have properties for general open market rent in Colchester and Chelmsford. There is no eligibility criteria for these homes but all tenancies are subject to a satisfactory reference check from all residents over the age of 18. We also offer homes for intermediate rent across Essex. All of these homes will have specific eligibility criteria that must be met before any tenant reference checks will be carried out. Sales - we offer homes for shared ownership and open market sale. We also advertise shared ownership homes that are available for resale acting as the sales agent for the current owner. We may also occasionally offer older homes for sale that are in need of some refurbishment.
