The general management of Cory & Co has been trading in the Harwich and Dovercourt area for the past thirty years, under its proprietor, Mr Norman Cory FNAEA. During this period we have successfully built and maintained our reputation as one of the leading agents in the property sales and rental market. Our business has continued to grow to the extent that it became essential that we acquire newer and more spacious premises, this being so, on the 6th September 2004 we opened at our new address No 4 Steele House. One of the first benefits of the larger space now available, was that we were able to relieve the somewhat congested conditions of the old office and to separate the rental and sales departments, whilst still giving an efficient and comprehensive service to include open 6 days a week, superior local knowledge, free market appraisals, extensive free advertising, comprehensive commission rates and no sale – no fee arrangement.
