Richard à Brassard MARLA MNAEADirector
Richard started his career working in Mayfair, working for J Trevor & Sons in Grosvenor Street. He then moved to Cluttons and worked in both the Chelsea and Mayfair offices. He joined Ridley & Co in the early 1980's as a partner with offices in Chelsea and Fulham. In 1984 he decided it was time to start his own business and he opened Courtenay on Lavender Hill.
Sandy à BrassardLettings Director
Sandy worked for Graham Marks, a Chartered Surveyor in Knightsbridge for five years. After a break she came back to Courtenay running the letting business which has grown and gone from strength to strength. We currently have almost 400 properties which we let in the Battersea, Clapham and Wandsworth area.
Dealing with both sales and letting, Aidan has been with Courtenay for ten years and knows Battersea and the surrounding areas better than most.
