Currell Commercial and Chartered Surveyors was started by Chris Currell in 1990 when he operated out of a small office off Liverpool Road, N1 with a staff of two. In 1998 Anne Currell joined Chris and opened our first residential office at 321 Upper Street, N1. The company has grown with the addition of further offices, Clerkenwell (2000), Hackney (2004) and Victoria Park (2006), 2010 saw the opening of Currell Management and a new office for Currell New Homes, whilst 2013 saw the opening of a residential office in Battersea. The Currell Group of companies, still overseen and run by Chris and Anne, now comprises 6 offices and employs over 50 staff who can deal with the full range of property related matters from commercial and residential agency, through property management to professional work and the sale of UK property overseas.
