At DH1 we pride ourselves in the services that we provide. We are a flexible company and are happy to work outside of office hours so that we are constantly available to deal with enquiries for landlords/vendors and tenants/buyers. After 5:00pm calls are diverted to the mobile and we answer any time, as we understand that often people who need to contact us are at work until after 5:00pm. We frequently carry out viewings on evenings and weekends so that we never miss a lead. We also open the office at any time for people to come in and start the credit and referencing checks. We also have a Gas Care company, and our Gas Safe registered engineers can carry out CP12s for as little as £45. We offer competitive rates for one off repairs. Furthermore, we can provide an all-round central heating cover for £16 per month which includes an annual service and the cost of any repairs.
