For car access, Shaftesbury lies on the cross of the A350 and A30 and is minutes away from the A303. For rail users it is 5 minutes from the main Exeter to London Waterloo line ARLA licensed Every Dorset Lettings office is licensed by ARLA (the Association of Residential Letting Agents) and is a member of The Property Ombusmen Scheme. ARLA is the industry's governing body which sets, promotes and polices indusrty standards and best practise. Licensed ARLA agents must comply with ARLA's regulations and strict code of practise, which includes stringent rules regarding the handling of clients' monies and tenants' deposits. Our office covers a wide rural area in North Dorset including the Blackmore Vale and bordering counties of Somerset and Wiltshire.
