We are a specialist lettings and management agency whose aim is to provide landlords and tenants with a first class service, but with pricing that is fair and offers value. We do not charge Landlords renewal commission for example, but instead charge a flat fee at this stage which much more closely reflects the work done. We are also able to provide a tailored, personalised service rather than the “one size fits all” approach that the larger firms have to adopt. We bridge the gap between the big blue chip agents who provide a professional service but with fees to match, and those agents at the other end of the spectrum with low fees, but sadly often with a level of service to match. We aim to provide a positive experience for all of our clients, whether they be landlords or tenants. Our membership of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents, and The Property Ombudsman underscores our commitment to best practice and to operating to high professional standards.
