The Sales Department is led by Raj Kukadia (DipDEA, MARLA), who has been in the Industry since 1986. Raj successfully manages the office, which has been effectively growing from strength to strength even during the economic downturn. He is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) carrying out EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates). Dan Vincent is the Sales Manager who has over 14 years of sales and rentals experience across North, North West London and Hertfordshire The Lettings Department is led by Kam Kalra (MBA, ARLA), who has over ten years of Lettings and Management experience and is ARLA qualified (Association of Lettings Agents). Kam has driven the lettings department to reach new heights and has more than doubled our lettings turnover in the last 3 years as well as expanding our management portfolio extensively
