Having successfully owned and run the Ellis and Co Willesden Green office for over 20 years, Peter has a unique and extensive knowledge of the local area. As part of the Ellis and Co Group he has the freedom of being independent but also has the support of a large organisation with a solid infrastructure. Peter is proud to work with local schools and charities every year. He has proved himself to be both well known and trustworthy within the community having dealt with hundreds of local landlords and vendors over the years, many of whom return time and time again. "First impressions, communication and confidence are key in this industry. Being able to communicate effectively and being professional with both vendors and buyers is vital; a lack of communication could lead to negative effects. If one shows their client the confidence that they have, the Client then feels confident in you, and confident that you can handle their largest asset".
