Have you got an early warning system in case of fire? Can your tenants or their visitors evacuate the premises without the need for finding a key? The above is only a very small indication of your responsibilities and if you answered NO to any of the questions, you need to take action. We offer very competitive rates to our landlords and their are no hidden extras: Full Management - 10% of the monthly rent or a minimum of £55.00 per month Letting Only (tenant finder) - 50% of the first months rent We also offer an inspection service for Landlords who may wish to manage the tenancy themselves but want the peace of mind that their property complies before it is let and; a quarterly inspection service for landlords who do not have the time to visit their properties regularly: Property Inspection Service - £75.00 per inspection (this is included in our full management package) Quarterly Inspection Service - £40.00 per inspection All prospective tenants are credit referenced and previous landlords and employers are contacted.
