F1rst move is a privately owned, independent property company, specialising in residential lettings and property management. F1rst move was established by Directors, Josh Jeffries and James Flanagan after becoming increasingly frustrated by the service received from the letting agents managing their own portfolio. Having developed a portfolio for themselves over the last 10 years, and more recently managing properties for other landlords, they have a vast amount of experience within the property market, and know exactly what a landlord is looking for, from their managing agent.
