Jason Taylor MNAEASales Director
Jason has worked in the UK and overseas property markets since 1998 and he manages the sales departments of all of the Franklyn James branches. He has drawn on his wealth of past experience to design streamlined systems and processes, with the aim that all clients receive a high level of service and professionalism from their very first point of contact with Franklyn James. Jason has formed a running club with his sportier colleagues so that he can keep pace with his young daughter.
Jamie HuttonSales Negotiator
Jamie initially worked in the financial sector in land and alternative investments, subsequently moving into estate agency in 2013. He has an eye for those properties which will consistently rent well and he would like to draw upon his growing expertise in investment purchasing to build up his own property portfolio one day. Jamie endeavours to lead a healthy lifestyle by maintaining a positive mental attitude, eating well and going to the gym, but he does still love a takeaway.
Antony CopeLettings Negotiator
Born in Camden and raised in Hackney, Antony knows the local area like a black cab driver. He appreciates that his job does not end when a deposit is taken. To enable the lettings process to run smoothly, from first viewing until move-in day, Antony ensures that potential tenants have all the information they need to make an informed decision on which properties best suit them. Antony likes to keeps in shape at the gym, play football and keep up with new releases at the cinema.
Zara SoobhanProperty Administrator
Zara speaks Creole and French, has studied criminology and worked in a Knightsbridge department store for four years before being drawn to the property market. An efficient multi-tasker, she maintains a calm, bright and confident front of house persona in the flagship Docklands office, whilst simultaneously providing strong administrative support for the rest of the Docklands team. Zara gains great satisfaction from facilitating the smooth running of day to day business.
Sandy Chatterjee MARLAManaging Director
After graduating in Economics, Sandy began a career in banking and was head-hunted to run a financial services team. He subsequently turned his attention to the Docklands property market and used his financial services skills to build up a substantial property portfolio. This led to the opening of the first Franklyn James branch in Limehouse in 2004 and further branches have quickly followed.
Aaron MorrisLettings Negotiator
With a background in administration, Aaron started working in estate agency in 2014. He has worked as both a sales and lettings negotiator in the area he grew up in - South East London - and is now concentrating on lettings, with a view to completing his ARLA qualification and moving into a managerial role in the future. Aaron enjoys regularly meeting new people as part of his job, he appreciates classic style and good interior design and he is more than a little bit partial to a sunbed!
