Our Clients are either Chairties, Trusts or PICs we do not act for Private Landlords. This being the case the way we work is somewhat different to the norm. We try wherever possible to match applicants to accommodation therefore applicants who are registered with us take priority wherever possible. Finding the right tenant for a particular unit of accommodation is uppermost in our minds when chosing tenants this means we need to know as much as possible about prospective tenants before we offer them a viewing. Applicants can register for free by telephoning our office or e mailing for a registration form or alternatively download one from our website. In the case of the latter we will still need a signed original form to be sent to us in the post. We do not work on a "first come first served" basis we take our time in finding the right tenant for the accommodation in question. If this means that a flat or property is kept vacant for a while, so be it, the choice of tenant is foremost in all our Clients minds. As a general rule applicants must be in full time employment and able to source the rent without recourse to Housing Benefit or Guarantors. Special provision is made for retired applicants and students.
