M&S Property Solutions started life 12 years ago by Stewart Homer, as a mortgage broker business. The success of that business convinced Stewart that he could help people with not only mortgages but the complete home buying process. Though M&S Property Solutions, a complete service became available. Buying, selling, renting, letting, mortgages and insurance services were now under one roof. Stewart and his team went from strength to strength and his desire to help first time buyers and the growing market for property investors lead him to set up Homer & Pardy Developments with Rob Pardy. This venture renovated and refurbished properties to a high standard and more recently has developed complete blocks of purpose built 1 and 2 bedroom flats. With numerous developments now under their belts the move to consolidation and encompass all the elements of the business under one branded umbrella has now taken place. Homer & Pardy Property Solutions is BORN! To focus and present a more professional and striking image, a new logo and branding, new shop front signage and sale boards are being introduced and implemented across all our entire marketing and advertising range.
