Hello, my name is Judy Draycott and I am the owner of Homes on Arran Estate Agency. My office is the first Estate Agency you come to when you disembark off the Caledonian Ferry at Brodick, Isle of Arran. I own several properties on the island and rent them out for either holiday lets or long lets and I have had first-hand experience of renovating, building warrants and planning procedures which now help me in my Estate Agency business. I'm a Member of The Property Ombudsman scheme. I think it’s vital that you know the product you are selling inside out and property is no different. I believe in good old fashion service, every potential client is highly valued no matter what their budget is. I have built up the agency on Excellency and being honest with people. When I say I will SELL your property, I mean just that. I don’t expect the client to do the viewings……….that’s my job. I don’t expect purchasers to come into my office and buy a property just by looking at my wonderful pictures. I listen to what they desire in a property and guide them through what’s on offer. To the Seller I offer the full package, excellent photos, attention to detail, honest valuations, arrange home reports but above all, I always remember that it is your property until sold and all offers are put to you, the seller. To the buyer, I will spend as much time as it takes for you to view a property thoroughly and as many times viewing the same until you are totally happy with what you are about to purchase. Buying or selling, I'll walk you through every stage, it doesn't have to be a stressful event.
