About Homestead Lettings

Homestead Lettings has been created by two consumate property professionals with over 25 years of experience in the industry. This experience has taught us not only what clients do require of a Letting Agency but more importantly where other agencies fall short, and after years of working for other people we have taken the step to working for ourselves and for our clients above all. Christine Hutchins graduated from De-Montfort University with a BSc Hons in Land Management but after a few years working for the UKs first ever letting company soon realised that Lettings was her passion and forte. Working her way to the top in Surrey managing one of the most prestigious letting offices in Weybridge for a Premier Company she then relocated to West Glamorgan with her family. Christine was among the first 20 people in the UK to sit, and pass, the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) examinations and has an expert knowledge of the industry. Jo O'Connell has worked locally for Letting Agents organising all aspects of property maintenance and management and has a wealth of business experience to assist busy Landlords in the efficient and cost effective methods of ensuring their investment is well maintained without unneccesary costs and stress.
