HOMEsure Property is Childwall’s local, independent Sales, Lettings & Management agency. We use modern marketing methods, combined with forward-thinking strategies, to maximise our clients’ sales and rental successes. Operating from our modern, paperless, and prominent Woolton Road office (opposite the Halfway House), we provide a bespoke, friendly service to both local and national landlords and vendors. Our tenants enjoy a relaxed, friendly, and fair management approach, while our landlords are safe in the knowledge that HOMEsure Property (as a NALS registered) agent, is efficiently and profitably managing their properties. Although we rarely advertise for new clients as we receive the vast majority of our instructions from existing clients and referrals, we are focused on maximising our exposure to tenants and buyers to ensure a swift sale or let.
