Hunters Lincoln previously trading as Turner Evans Stevens has been a strong factor within the Lincoln market for over 20 years with a prominent city centre presence and recent move to modern premises. We offer a wealth of knowledge within the residential sales, property management and survey sectors of the industry, with local and experienced staff.

Meet the team

We are pleased to announce that there is now a new team within our city centre office. We were recently joined by John Ferrigno, who has taken over the helm as Branch Manager. John has over 24 years of experience within the housing market and is very eager to bring his expertise to Lincoln!


Also Sarah Robinson, who looks after Sales and Lettings and not only offers a high level of service but is able to provide a personable and knowledgeable service. She also coordinates and conducts viewings on properties and has a fantastic local knowledge of Lincoln, having been born in the city.

Sales and Lettings

We specialise in sales and rentals and the types of properties we sell can vary, depending on demand and location. We market a lot of properties suitable for the investment market due to the high demand for student accommodation. We enjoy selling a property in need of refurbishment and seeing the final product after renovation. We have a great deal of experience in selling family homes and higher-end properties, in the surrounding villages. We also enjoy welcoming new tenants and cultivating relationships with landlords of our rental properties.


Customer profiles tend to vary depending on the type of property we are marketing. With regards to terraced properties situated in the city centre (normally priced between £80,000-£100,000) we usually deal with investors, typically ages early to late 30’s that wish to renovate the properties for rental purposes. We then have a range of houses (£100,000-£200,000) that attract young families or retirement couples. Lastly are the higher end properties (£200,000 upwards) that are commonly situated in commuter villages close to Lincoln City Centre. These properties are usually sought after by professionals with families.


With just two people working in the Lincoln branch, we are able to provide a personable and knowledgeable service. We work closely together on all properties and keep each other up to date on any developments that arise. Both John and Sarah strive to give the best customer service possible and take a great deal of pleasure from bringing a sales contract to its ultimate conclusion.
