About Initial Property
Initial Property was born in the hope that Landlords will never have to worry about their property. We were formed by two experienced Landlords that have a passion for property. Our founders felt let down by the incompetence of other letting agents, finding that more often than not that they caused more problems than they solved. Our founders recognised the need for more competence and transparency in the letting agency market and formed Initial Property in 2008. Initial was founded on the principles of dedication and integrity. We have leant on these key principles and they have proved to be paramount to the steady growth that we have achieved in the years since.
