About JAC Strattons

Established in 1975, JAC Strattons is unique in being the first Japanese-owned property services company to start operating in London. Since 1996 when we acquired a London estate agent, we have rapidly gained a significant market share of the London residential sales and rentals sectors. We initially specialised in letting properties to Japanese expatriates. Whilst this still makes up a core part of our business, we have expanded from this base, building on the high levels of customer service required in this market and translating it into dealing with tenants from all over the world looking to rent property in London. We have also developed a rapidly growing and successful property sales division. At present we have seven London offices located in popular thriving areas of London. We are currently in the process of expanding our network of offices and will be opening further branches across London very soon. We believe in the personal touch.
