Jenner Property Services are acquisition agents who identify and acquire residential investment and development opportunities on behalf of individual and small companies. In conjunction with local estate and letting agents we handle the sale or letting of the improved properties. To be a client on a syndicated Buy to Let you will need a minimum of £25,000, individual buy to lets a minimum of £50,000, for investment opportunities £100,000, for self build projects a minimum of £150,000 and to be part of development projects as a syndicate at least £200,000. We are not a land banking business, a property school, or use a model that requires constant remortgaging. We also handle Buy-to-let, Development lending and have good contacts for hard to place residential mortgages and remortgages.
