Gemma HeathDirector in charge of Residential Sales
Gemma’s estate agency career started in 2001 when she was just 17. She specialises in residential sales and ‘buy to let’ and oversees the day to day running of the business. She offers practical and honest advise and prides herself on being able to handle property of all styles in all price ranges. Gemma is known for being approachable and committed and has expertise in identifying lucrative buy to let investments, assessing new build / plot developments and advising on property improvements.
Tom SnowdonSales Manager
Tom joined Kings in 2015 having previously worked for two well-known independent Estate Agents in Tunbridge Wells. He has over 6 years’ experience in the industry and has an excellent understanding of the property market. His role encompasses all aspects of the sales process from appraisals, negotiating offers and progressing the sale transaction once the sale has been agreed. Charlotte KnightLettings Coordinator / Property Manager
Charlotte joined the Kings team in 2015 having previously worked for two well-known local independent estate agents as a Negotiator and Senior Lettings Consultant. Charlotte has a sound knowledge of the Tunbridge Wells property market and her role as Property Manager / Lettings Co-coordinator sees her dealing with all aspects of Lettings to include handling repair issues, carrying out periodic inspections and coordinating tenancy administration.
Alex started his career at Kings in early 2014 and holds the position of Sales and Lettings Negotiator. He is responsible for arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, dealing with enquiries and promoting the business and its properties through the various marketing medias. Alex has a strong background in the customer service industry and he is often complimented for being warm and welcoming and going that extra mile.

Nicholas has worked with the well-respected Kings Group since 1980. He became a Main Board Director and joint owner of Kings in 1992 before acquiring the Kings Tunbridge Wells office in 2010. He thoroughly enjoys working with two of his children (Gemma and Michael) in what has become a solid family business. Nicholas has specialised in the residential sectors and has specific expertise at the higher end of the marketplace and with homes of distinction.
