Patrick Molyneux-ChildSales Manager
Patrick joined Lauristons in 2015 having begun his career in the property industry in 1991 for a large corporate Estate Agents based in Surrey. He quickly developed an in depth knowledge, passion and considerable experience in the middle to top end of the housing market, which has served him well in comparable markets like Battersea since. Patrick has also achieved considerable success in roles for two separate independent estate agencies in Surrey, and more recently as a trainer for a well known London agency. Patrick brings a wealth of sales experience, energy and enthusiasm to the Battersea Office, and is relishing the prospect of assisting local residents move home.
Daniel GiordanelliSenior Lettings Manager
Having previously worked at the top level in one of London's largest Estate agents, Daniel joined Lauristons as the Lettings Manager at our Putney office in 2008. In 2010 Daniel was asked to manage Lauristons large Battersea office where he successfully operated until 2012. After a brief sabbatical running two offices in Surrey and Balham for other agents, Daniel was delighted to return to Lauristons this year to run their Lavender Hill office once again, where he is currently enjoying the daily challenges of managing a successful lettings team. With over 10 year’s experience in both South West London and Surrey, Daniel enjoys adding value to Lauristons ever increasing portfolio of clients with advice surrounding their individual requirements.
