For added reassurance, we are members of the NLA – National Landlords Association, The Property Ombudsman My Deposits and ARLA-Association of Residential and lettings Agency 

Independent Redress Scheme – it is mandatory for companies involved in agency or auctioneering is signed up member of an approved Independent redress scheme. The role of the independent redress scheme is to provide fair and reasonable resolutions to disputes with members of the public. As a member of The Property Ombudsman scheme, in the event of a dispute arising between our company, and a member of the public, you can be reassured to know that it will be dealt with fairly and independently.

Deposit Protection Scheme –  if you rent a property on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy that started after 6th April 2007, we are required to put your deposit into a Government backed Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

• Arranging for accompanied viewings

• To Let Board erection

• Obtaining references

• Collection of rent

• Taking of deposit

• Regular documented inspections

• Rent reviews

• Paying rent directly into your bank account (less our fee)

• Emailing monthly statements

• Arranging for utilities and Council tax to tenant’s name

 

Fees:

Cost of Management is 10% plus VAT (12% including VAT) per annum based on the gross rental due for the term of the tenancy agreement.

If you require us to only introduce to you a tenant, but not to manage the property, we charge two weeks rent as a finder’s fee.

Additional Services:

• Arranging for Gas Safety checks (chargeable)

• Arranging for Electrical Installation Test (chargeable)

• Arranging for PAT testing (chargeable)
