Our friendly and local office in Ensbury Park offers a complete service of sales, lettings, investment properties, mortgages and insurance. M & S Property Solutions are well known in Ensbury Park and the surrounding areas. We offer both a sales and lettings service and do a lot of business through recommendations and with returning customers. Many of our customers who buy through us also go on to rent their property through us. Our mission is simple - to use our experience to sell and rent homes quickly, effectively, without pain or fuss at a great price. M & S Mortgage Solutions was established in Ensbury Park several years ago. In 2009 we launched M & S Estate Agents after having sold new-build property for a number of years to investors and first time buyers through our close links with the property market and developers in the Bournemouth area. Director Stewart Homer heads the business. Having established M & S Mortgage Solutions, he then moved onto property transactions as a logical extension of the financial services business which now forms a seamless partnership. The company is now known as M & S Property Solutions and we can help with any property related query. Our Estate and Letting Agent department includes, Estate and Lettings Manager Clare Grice, who has over 7 years’ experience in the industry and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, Property Agent Martin Maguire who has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry and trainee estate agent Lauren Sansom. Stewart Homer also plays a very productive role within the estate agency. They will all be able to offer you professional and honest advice about any sales or lettings query that you may have. We are also always happy to visit your property and give you an up to date idea of the present market value at no cost, whether selling or renting. In addition to the valuation we can give you helpful hints and tips to enable you to prepare your property so that it attracts the right buyers or tenants. We also sell a range of new build properties, ideal for first time buyers and investors. These are from our own developments and from joint ventures with carefully selected local developers.
