From our central position in Tamworth, we are able to offer a house selling and buying service over the four counties of Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire and Derbyshire and are established as one of the largest local estate agents. We also have an excellent full letting service available and are able to offer our clients a free rental valuation, advice and guidance. We will arrange reference checks on prospective tenants and the drawing up of tenancy agreements etc. We can provide either a “Let Only” service which would include the above and thereafter passed on to the Landlord or a “Full Management” service which would include regular property inspections, monitoring of rental payments and deal with any issues which may occur with the property.
